HERCULES collects only the information needed to operate the invitation, deliver research, protect access, and improve the beta.
Effective July 26, 2026
Information used
We use your email address, invitation and access state, alert preferences, and authentication records. If you submit feedback, we store the category, rating, message, and whether you welcome a follow-up.
Operational logs may record delivery, authorized or denied access, publication identity, and timestamps. They exist to prevent duplicate sends, investigate failures, and protect the immutable research record.
Information not requested
HERCULES does not need sportsbook credentials, wager history, or government identification. Paid membership checkout is handled by Stripe; HERCULES does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Do not put sensitive personal or financial information into the feedback form.
Service providers
The beta uses service providers for authentication and database delivery, website hosting, research email delivery, and subscription billing. They process the minimum information needed to perform those functions. HERCULES does not sell member information.
Access and retention
Member access can be revoked immediately. Operational and publication records may be retained through the beta to preserve security, delivery, and performance receipts. Feedback and member information will be reviewed before a wider launch.
Your choices
Alert topics are optional and can be changed in Member Settings. Use the private feedback form to request an access review, correction, or deletion review.
